OUR SERVICES

At Diamond Tip Ltd, we work on flat to low slope roofs/decks on residential, commercial and industrial buildings. We specialize in torch-on and flameless solution membranes.  Build up of rigid insulation panels, cover boards, vapor barriers and any drip edge or custom metal flashings that may be needed for the project.

We provide quality materials and superior workmanship on new builds, small and major renovations as well as maintenance on existing buildings and maintenance packages for all roof/deck surfaces that we work on.

We work mostly in the Whistler-Squamish area, but are available throughout the Sea to Sky Corridor, from Pemberton to North Vancouver, depending on our scheduling availability and workload.

We specialize in new builds for residential and commercial. We use high quality, brand new products of the same origin, which are applied on clean surfaces over the entire build with the proper primers and positive laps towards drainage points. We provide quality materials and superior workmanship.

At Diamond Tip Roofing, we are expertly trained on reinforcement and overlapping techniques to tie in your existing structure with the new renovation. This makes sure your new membrane is compatible with any existing structures.

Roof Maintenance Plans are available as part of your new build, renovation or after work has been completed on an existing structure. Roof maintenance is a cost-effective way to help extend the life of your new roof.

At Diamond Tip Roofing, we use different techniques to track, identify and fix the problem as quickly as possible.

Issues are typically related to failing membranes such as; torn seams, fish mouths, or a visible hole.

Contact us if you have a roof emergency. Emergency requests will take priority and will be answered as soon as possible.

However, we are not a 24hr response business and we can only respond to these calls within our regular business hours.
