At Diamond Tip Roofing, we use different techniques to track, identify and fix the problem as quickly as possible.
Issues are typically related to failing membranes such as; torn seams, fish mouths, or a visible hole.
Contact us if you have a roof emergency. Emergency requests will take priority and will be answered as soon as possible.
However, we are not a 24hr response business and we can only respond to these calls within our regular business hours.
Our Process
- Whether you are a large company or a private homeowner, there are a number of ways to get your architectural plans or your issues to us.
- Email us your plans to our contact email, call our human answered call line, or Text/SMS message us.
- Although we do not service asphalt shingle, metal or cedar shake roofs, we are working with Extra Mile Roofing who are a full service metal roofing company. We are happy to fulfill your multi-medium roofing project with their help, while letting you pay from a single invoice and have us carry the warranty. - The supply and installation of SBS membranes and their associated build up in a paticular set up. Including, but not limited to, self adhering vapour barriers, various rigid insulation boards, Slp. Pkgs., recovery boards, 1 & 2 ply membrane systems, including different kinds of granulated cap sheets. Alsan and AlsanRS Liquid membrane field & flashing systems. Custom metal drip edges and wall flashings and counter flashings.
Our Materials
- While we can order materials and confidently install them, from all the major suppliers in the business, such as IKO, Siplast, Carlisle or Firestone, we at Diamond Tip Roofing prefer the Hi-Performance composite membranes from Soprema available exclusively from Convoy Supply Ltd.
- Soprema offers a wide array of high quality membranes both torchable and flameless for a variety of substrates. As well as built up systems requiring vapour barriers, flat EPS, or ISO insulation boards, slope pkgs. cover boards, mechanical fasteners and more for whatever your projects needs may be, above or below grade.
- While our main supplier is Soprema membranes, we can install any manufacturer's product and carry their warranty, including, but not limited to, IKO, Siplast, Firestone, or Carlisle.
